Free shipping, always.
We offer free standard shipping on every order. No minimums, no codes. The price you see is the price you pay.

Made to order.
Every item is printed just for you when you order, so please allow time for production before it ships. Most orders are produced within 2 to 5 business days, then handed to the carrier.

Delivery times.
After production, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3 to 5 business days. All told, most orders arrive within about 5 to 10 business days from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Where we ship.
We currently ship within the United States. 

Shipping address.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, though we'll always do our best to help.

Delays.
Once your order is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We're not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control, but if something looks stuck, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Lost or damaged in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right (see our Refund Policy).
